TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. BOOKING TERMS 1.1 The customer must provide accurate and complete information while making a booking. 1.2 A booking is confirmed only after the required confirmation amount or applicable payment has been successfully completed. 1.3 The vehicle, pricing, availability period and pickup location are based on the selected booking details. 1.4 The customer must provide valid driver information and required documents before vehicle handover. 2. RENTAL TERMS 2.1 The vehicle must be used only for lawful and permitted purposes. 2.2 The customer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. 2.3 The customer must not allow an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle. 2.4 The customer must follow all applicable traffic and transportation laws. 3. PAYMENT TERMS 3.1 The applicable confirmation amount must be paid as required for the selected booking. 3.2 The security deposit is separate from the rental/service amount and may be collected at vehicle handover. 3.3 Additional charges may become payable based on the actual vehicle usage and return condition. 3.4 All payments, refunds and adjustments are recorded against the booking. 4. CANCELLATION & REFUND 4.1 Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be calculated according to the applicable cancellation rules. 4.2 Refund amounts may differ depending on the reason for cancellation. 4.3 Service failure or provider-side cancellation may be handled according to the applicable service recovery rules. 4.4 Refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method and payment records. 5. SECURITY DEPOSIT 5.1 The applicable security deposit may be collected before or at vehicle handover. 5.2 The security deposit may be used towards eligible charges arising from damage, missing items, fines or other applicable deductions. 5.3 The remaining refundable amount will be returned after the applicable final assessment. 6. LATE RETURN 6.1 The customer must return the vehicle at the agreed return time. 6.2 A grace period may apply according to the selected pricing. 6.3 Late return charges may apply after the applicable grace period. 7. EXTRA KILOMETRES 7.1 The booking may include a specified number of kilometres according to the selected pricing. 7.2 Additional kilometres beyond the included limit may be charged at the applicable extra-kilometre rate. 8. FUEL 8.1 The vehicle fuel level may be recorded during vehicle handover and return. 8.2 Any applicable fuel difference may be charged according to the applicable rental terms and pricing. 9. DAMAGE & CLEANING 9.1 The customer is responsible for damage caused during the rental period, subject to the applicable terms. 9.2 Excessive cleaning charges may apply where the returned vehicle requires additional cleaning beyond normal use. 9.3 Damage-related charges may be assessed during the vehicle return process. 10. TRAFFIC FINES & TOLLS 10.1 Traffic fines, penalties, tolls and other applicable road charges incurred during the rental period may be payable by the customer. 10.2 Such charges may be added to the booking after vehicle return when applicable information becomes available. 11. VEHICLE REPLACEMENT 11.1 In certain operational circumstances, the originally confirmed vehicle may become unavailable. 11.2 Where possible, an equivalent replacement vehicle may be offered. 11.3 If the replacement vehicle has a different applicable price, the relevant price adjustment will be handled according to the applicable replacement terms. 12. SERVICE FAILURE 12.1 If the platform or provider is unable to provide the confirmed vehicle due to a service failure, the customer may be eligible for a refund or service recovery according to the applicable rules. 12.2 The original booking price will not be unfairly increased due to a replacement caused by platform or provider failure. 13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES 13.1 The customer must provide accurate information and valid documents. 13.2 The customer must use the vehicle responsibly and safely. 13.3 The customer must immediately report any accident, damage, breakdown or other significant issue involving the vehicle. 13.4 The customer must not use the vehicle for prohibited or unlawful activities. 14. VEHICLE HANDOVER & RETURN 14.1 The vehicle condition, starting kilometres and fuel level may be recorded during handover. 14.2 The customer may be required to provide identity or driver verification during handover. 14.3 A handover photograph may be captured as evidence of the person receiving the vehicle. 14.4 The vehicle condition, ending kilometres and fuel level may be recorded during return. 14.5 Additional charges or discounts may be calculated after the vehicle return based on actual usage and condition. 15. GENERAL TERMS 15.1 The customer agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions while using the rental service. 15.2 These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. 15.3 Each booking is linked to the Terms & Conditions version accepted by the customer at the time of booking. 15.4 Previous Terms & Conditions versions applicable to completed bookings will remain preserved for reference. 15.5 Any matter not specifically covered in these Terms & Conditions will be handled according to the applicable laws and operational policies.
